"Perfect. We have used Mr. Handy Man on four occasions to service a variety of needs: outside lights, outside light fixtures, water lines, roofing, dryer vent modification, room fan replacements, vanity replacement and inside lights. The company doesn't skip a beat from scheduling, arrivals, accomplishment of service, clean up and invoicing. They don't bring coffee and bagels."

"Cole was very professional, he did the work in a reasonable amount of time for a fair price. He picked up and delivered the chair he repaired. The workmanship was excellent. "

"Went very smoothly! I did a lot of research and compared prices of several transportation companies. I found that United Freight's rates were extremely competitive and were one of the very few companies that could guarantee a three-window in which the vehicle would be shipped. Their online tools could use some updating but I got my down payment receipt and document copies all emailed to me which I appreciated. I would have liked a message letting me know they had picked up the vehicle, but the dealership let me know. I was notified when the delivery was an hour away and when they arrived at my location. Overall, I wanted an insured company that could safely transport my vehicle in a timely manner and they did exactly that. My car was scratch-free and looked flawless. I'm very pleased with this service and would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others!"

"First I would like to say before I purchase a deal I do make contact with the company and being a new home owner and a female I worry about get ripped off that's why I joined Angie's List because I'm big on reading reviews and I'm one of those people that can read 99 bad reviews and I'll still read that 1 negative review to see how the company responded when I've asked others about a negative review they immediately got defensive and a little rude so I definitely didn't do business with them but when I asked Jason about his maybe 1 or 2 he was very nice explained everything to me and didn't say anything mean about that person and that made me feel very comfortable like he's honest, up front and will go the extra mile to satisfy his customers and that's what matters most to me. I think it's unreasonable for anyone to hire a handyman for the day and want them to squeeze in everything you can think of with no break! <br /> With that being said his employees arrived on time, let me know what Jason told me needed to be done and that I had informed him I would go to Home Depot for anything needed they checked everything and he made me a complete list of everything that was needed to install the toilets and sinks on the vanities. They were very nice and worked hard and communicated with me a lot on how things were going through out the day. They were working so much that when I grabbed lunch for the kids that were here I grabbed an extra one for them and told them to help themselves and to grab a drink. I thought they would stop working right then to have some lunch because it was after 1:00 and they got here at 9:00 but they kept on working and ate much later after I told them again, you guys deserve to take a lunch break! <br /> I had also asked Jason if things went well could I add on extra work and pay an additional fee but I really wanted to see how they worked first so I did add on extra because that list wasn't what I originally wanted done. So I purchased additional services that were in excess of what we originally spoke about for the Big Deal and I've also requested estimates on 2 other big renovations so I will be using this company again and recommending this company to anyone looking for a honest company who won't rip you off and truly aims to please the customer! <br />"

"Had a retaining wall extending away from our house with a defective brick cap with failing masonry and bricks falling away left and right. We also had several spots on our brick house where the brick either separated or noticeable masonry cracks were developing. Of the two contractors I considered, Pete came by and took his time to understand the issues, match mortar and to propose long-term fixes (the first contractor just looked over photos and planned to repair what was a poor design). During the job, he gave expert advice on what areas to keep an eye on moving forward (i.e. spots where the home brickwork design could be a problem later). He also noticed a neighbor's brick chimney was actually leaning by 5-10 degrees and advised her to think hard about a repair in the near future, noting an expensive repair was far better than a collapsed chimney. In my case, he removed the existing bricks from the top of the retaining wall, preserved the vast majority of them (removed the attached mortar), poured underneath a new concrete base and reinstalled the brickwork in a way that apart from the mortar (lighter white, but essentially identically to existing) was really hard to distinguish from the rest of the house. He also removed / repaired mortar around multiple cracks around the house. And in one tricky area, he removed the outer half of several bricks (which separated on their own) and cut bricks to replace and re-mortar in a way that was again hard to distinguish from the surrounding brickwork. This was a 2 day job for Pete to complete. While the job was a little expensive, it was well worth the investment to make sure that the repairs would fully reestablish the harmony and attractiveness of our exterior brickwork. I am honestly a DIY kind of homeowner who really dislikes bringing in contractors, but there is no way that I could have done this on my own, at least not without leaving behind a series of eyesores... So if you care about your brickwork's useful life and appearance, or you have a complicated repair job, I highly recommend Pete."
