I am an independent contractor using my skills from many years of performing maintenance repairs. My hourly rate is $35.00 an hour. With bigger jobs, I may have to have a helper to expedite the job which is a higher rate. I have to review the work needing to be done before committing to a job. The quote is a rough estimate for now. I have bid many of jobs which takes time away from me working. I have been used just to give estimates to people who have no intentions on doing the work since this is free to them but "I" get charged from Angie Leads for contacting you.
