"If you want to hire a company that cares, this is the one. We needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom because of the accessibility issues. The original design looked great, but it would have taken a couple of months to get all the supplies. John and Travis realized that we had an urgent need and came back with a great design that used great materials and we didn't have to wait for so long. In a couple of weeks, we had a crew headed by Jesse that landed in our bathroom. They were great. Everything was done in a day and a half. The quality is superb! Every time I walk into the bathroom, I enjoy the look of it, plus we are happy with all the benefits of having a walk-in shower. One more thing I want you to know is that I really mean what I am saying in this review. When the owner of the company, not a hired salesman, is directly involved in projects, it makes a big difference. "George had to remove drywall, insulation, and some other debris from the hallway ceiling. He sealed off the hallway and bedroom doors with plastic to reduce the amount of dust exposure in the area. He hauled away 6 - 10 trash bags full of material that was scrap from the demo. The job wasn't easy since there were some irregularities with the construction of the house, duct work, and wires. There was also no AC and he had a significant amount of workaround. He sized up the job, gathered materials, and built a box frame to secure the attic door. The cost was worth it considering the amount of labor that was required to get the job done. He cleaned up the job site afterwards. I couldn't be more pleased with the end result."

"Very few problems. Biggest was dust for old tile removal. Excellent service from cabinet maker, painters, electrician, plumber, painters, and everyone else that came to work on our project. Price was fair for the quality and quantity of work we had done. It is just amazing at how much more space we have even with twice as many cabinets. Would highly recommend to anyone. We plan on using them again when we are ready to remodel our bathrooms."

"The project was scheduled and executed within a reasonable time. I was contacted when the supplies came in and was immediately scheduled for the work to start. Work took 3 days total. Installers were courteous and professional. Work completed to my satisfaction and results were awesome. Installers were careful to maintain my floors clean and were meticulous in wrapping up their work and making sure my bathroom was cleaned. Communication with the field supervisor and sales representative was reliable and prompt. I highly recommend this company’s service. Only thing I wish had been more reasonable is the cost of the project but I guess I should’ve been more firm while bargaining on the price and finance rate."
