"I was sent a quote for $390 and accepted the quote online. After that, the office changed the quote to $499 - AFTER I accepted $390 for the work! Then, after the work was completed, the worker went to his truck, called the office and came back in saying, **I am the bearer of bad news, the cost is actually $666!**I called the owners and nicely asked if we could talk about this, and the owner basically said that their prices are **fluid** and that the bill had gone up! I tried explaining that I had signed a quote for $390, but she then threatened to put a lien on my house if I didnt pay the $666. I would never use ETD Electrical Services ever again."

We were having a whole house generator installed and they requested, last minute, that the panel be replaced. Zack was able to get our permit and set up a date with FPL in a timely fashion. He was a great communicator, sending me confirmation of permits given, FPL appointments made, and inspection times. He communicated with me by phone as needed and was always quick to respond.
