His bid was the lowest for replacing our electric panel, the riser to the house (FPL house connect) and the meter socket. We were having a whole house generator installed and they requested, last minute, that the panel be replaced. Zack was able to get our permit and set up a date with FPL in a timely fashion. He was a great communicator, sending me confirmation of permits given, FPL appointments made, and inspection times. He communicated with me by phone as needed and was always quick to respond. In the end, they changed a GFCI outlet and 3 breakers and charged me over $800 bucks. I will never, ever call them again or recommend them. It's all about making as much as they can. VERY SAD. "
