Not the only did he replace the part, he blew off leaves from he entire roof at no charge! We have received positive comments from our neighbors on how well they look. "I had four estimates and decided to use Lawn and Order. When I called them and said I wanted them to take down the tree, Mario immediately arranged a specific day that they would be at my home. Promptly on the arranged day his team arrived. They were very professional and did a fantastic job. The limbs were carefully taken down to protect the gardens and the fence. Next they felled the tree with amazing precision!
All the wood was sawed up and taken by wheelbarrow out through the gate in my fence as they could not bring large equipment into the back yard.
We then decided that several large oak trees had branches almost touching my roof. They were meticulous about carefully pruning back only what was needed to get the job done right. When the entire job was done, they swept the driveway and closed my garden gate and you would not know they had ever been there. Quiet, proficient, and treated my yard as if it was theirs. Left it raked and cleared of the tiniest bit of debris.
