"Appointment went very well. They called the day before to give us an approximate time of arrival (from 10-1). The day of, they called around 10:15 and were there within 15 minutes. Whole process took about 20 to 30 minutes to complete, and had no issues with the representatives who came and cleaned the carpet. There are a few spots that definitely didn't come as clean as I would have liked, but realize that the carpet has seen some years with little previous cleaning done to it, and the areas that are darker are definitely high traffic areas. We decided to put in a new furnace and update the infrastructure so it worked with my existing AC units. The guys were very clear, concise, detail-oriented, and professional. They pointed out several code violations that existed with my HVAC setup at the time and corrected them. So, once I got the money I called them and they were over at the house within days. In one morning they installed the new furnace, installed a new low-voltage line to my AC unit, ran the condenser to my sump pit, fixed all manner of funky tubing in the basement, removed the old furnace, cleaned up the basement, and got out of there. By the time I took my lunch break they were gone, all that was left was an informational packet on the side of my beautiful, high-efficiency furnace. Very pro guys. Fast, effective, and they cost less than I thought they would. They answer the phone every time I call and have the info I need. Probably the best contractors of any kind in Fort Wayne, based on my experiences."
