The electrical work itself seems to have been done well, but the communication, cleanup, and attention to detail were disappointing. After the job, wood shavings were left behind, insulation was not put back, and I was only told the day of the project that I needed to make several requests through Duke Energy. That would have been helpful to know ahead of time, especially since I was at work. There was also a drywall cut made for an outlet where the cover plate does not fully cover the mistake. They do not handle drywall repair, but we agreed on some money back so I could hire someone else to fix it. I felt like I had to inspect everything myself and bring up issues that should have been addressed proactively. I also believe some of my own Klein tools may have been taken by mistake, and I never received a response after reaching out."
