"David did and excellent job on our fence. His attention to detail was wonderful. Would definitely hire him again!"

"They did a fantastic job on my soffit and fascia. A complete soffit replacement and exterior painting. They did so good in fact that I ended up using them for some cabinet painting and drywall repair. When we get our money up, we plan to use them for an entire LVP flooring install. Definitely would recommend for anything on your to do list!"

"I used Jason for several jobs, both interior and exterior. He and his crew were punctual, friendly and professional. Jason always explained how things were done and why and was conscientious about costs. His time estimates were spot on and his crew was reliable and cleaned up after each days work. I have recommended Jason to several friends and he has lived up to all expectations."

"I have worked with Jay‘s contracting on many projects and upgrades to my home for over the past three years. After many other locally failed contractors, a friend recommended Jay’s services to complete jobs that were left undone by other handymen. The first job that I hired Jay’s contracting was staining my garage and back patio floors. They are always quick and very affordable. The jobs are never too small from assembly of items to general household repairs. Their work ethic is superb. I was very impressed by their market research ensuring that the raw material’s were at the lowest cost available. I highly recommend Jay’s Contracting."

"Pro Building handled my niece's insurance claim. She had severe water damage to her house from a HVAC unit malfunction. I referred them to Pro Building because they did work for me before and did a great job for me. Pro Building and their exceptional team came in and not only dried out the property but also moved them out and put them into temporary housing (billed the carrier-not my niece). They took care of everything with the carrier and were able to get everything paid for with them only owing their deductible ($1,000). When I tell you this house turned out incredible, I mean it! They did such a great job! They went above and beyond to help in every way! 10/10 would refer them to anyone needing any kind of insurance claim!"

"Advance window screen removal crew was unprofessional and incompetent. After alerting foreman to this, problems were corrected and everything went great once the primary repair/paint crew arrived. Bottom line: excellent job.

"Fine and I paid the quoted amount until we were called weeks later and said we didn’t pay enough money. I received this call from an older gentleman twice. I assured him I paid what was quoted. That was four years ago."
