"During the cleaning, my water pipe on the rear water outlet broke.  They immediately turned off the main water valve, drove to the nearest hardware store, picked up the required repair parts, returned and completed the repair, making the outside outlet better than before.  No complaints, they just got the job completed. While waiting on repair parts, they straightened the gutters so the water would flow better.  In my opinion this went above the call of duty.
