James was very professional and thorough in explaining his process. Using this method, you don't have to remove everything from your cabinets like you must with spraying. He didn't arrive in a fancy truck with logo--just a sedan with all his materials in the trunk. His drop cloths had clearly been used and reused, but they did the job. Do not be deterred --this may account for the very reasonable price quoted. James worked diligently to remove kitchen grease, lightly sand bad spots, and touch up areas where the stain and finish had worn away. He was polite and courteous throughout, and with the help of a second refinisher on day two, completed the project a couple hours short of two days. He gave me an opportunity to inspect the work before leaving, and also offered to return for additional touch up if needed. Although they will remove and replace your hardware, we waited 48 hours before replacing it ourselves, to ensure proper curing of the finish. It had been 15 years since we put in those cabinets, and James restored them to look like new. We can't really review the finish itself yet, but there is a 5-year warranty. We are overall quite pleased with this company."

"Roger came to my home to provide an estimate. He arrived promptly. He was professional, very pleasant, and easy to talk to. I showed him the work I needed to have done. He measured the rooms for flooring. He spent time talking with me about some other issues I had with my house and offered some good ideas. I don't think he completely understood my vision for a change in the layout of the shower in the master bath but I would have revisited that topic with him prior to hiring him. I was concerned about a possible cat "accident" ruining new floors and Roger had a great idea to have the planks stained and sealed on site. This would help prevent moisture from getting in between the planks. Roger provided an estimate with moderate details. His estimate was about what I expected and in line with my budget. He called to follow up with me on the estimate. I wasn't home at the time and he left a message. I always appreciate it when a service provider checks back. It makes me feel like they want my business. I give him an A+ for doing that. I liked Roger. A minor health issue come up in my family and I decided to table the project for the time being.
