"Terrible experience. We signed a contract for Henry to replace our roof. He did not do any of the things on the contract. His fix actually made our problem worse, and we need to get it fixed again. Henry is refusing to respond to any communications and is not honoring the warranty."

We found Jacob online and were so extremely satisfied with the way he took care of every small detail from the start of getting an estimate to the finished product! "Bill and his crew were nothing but professional, swift, and tidy. The original job posting was to fix a few shingles, but after Bill looked at our roof my wife and I knew it was time to replace it after putting it off for a couple years. However, Bill did provide us with quotes for both the whole roof or if we did the partial repair to the missing shingles. He did not pressure us either way, and when issues came up during the roof replacement that would cost more than the initial quote, they were only issues that had to be addressed to get the best life out of our new roof as possible. Would work with them again on other home exterior projects in the future!"

"The roofing specialists of J. Parker Construction did a terrific job installing the flashing on my roof. They were professional and a pleasure to work with. James Parker evaluated the area of the water leak in my laundry area and traced the problem to my roof flashing. He and his crew were throughly professional and an absolute pleasure to work with.
