"Overall a pleasant experience. The interaction with the scheduling and pricing person was very good and professional. They were proactive, managed my expectations as to what will occur when and what all I needed to do and what all will they do. Also, as compared to some other providers that I contacted through Angie's list, their quote was the most competitive. The movers showed up on time. They reviewed and loaded the stuff. I think they could have taken some extra care in loading the items but otherwise they were efficient. One of the loaders was more talkative than others and sort of took the "leadership" position among them. His expectations on receiving tips were misaligned to my own which I had to quickly set him in place with. Delivery was a similar experience. They showed up on time as promised, even though it was out of state delivery. The unloaded and kept the items where we asked them to. A few items received scratches (TV and some furniture. See my earlier comment about care in loading) which we did not notice until later. Our TV and furniture is getting old so we did not care as much. Other customers should insist on proper padding if the loaders don't do that. Once again, had to deal with the leader's tip expectations. All in all, I will not hesitate to use them again, should there be a need. Hope this helps."

"I needed to move my one bedroom apartment across states and Perfectly Fast Moving was easy to work with. Roman and David were incredible and professional. They took great care with all my stuff, were efficient, and super helpful. "Top notch white glove service all around. We hired Pro Express Moving with little notice as our new home in Florida become available a month early. Scrambling to find time to pack, Pro Express suggested to do the packing for us and honestly, it was a blessing. We worked out a timeline where we handed them the keys to our home in NJ the day before the move and we stayed at a hotel. We stopped by late in the afternoon on the day of the move and were pleasantly surprised on how perfect the packing of our things was. We left them and got a call from Pro when they were finished packing. We came back to do a walkthrough and everything was done better than expected. They scheduled the delivery to Florida per our timeline and arrived aas scheduled. They unpacked everything and it all arrived without a scratch. The managers and workers are super nice. The cost was as quoted with no surprises. This is our 6th move in 20 years and I wish I had used Pro Express with all of them."

"OM VANLINES moved my parents from Florida to North Carolina. I didn?t realize my parents had much more items that they initially mentioned. The price did go up but they honored an additional discount to help. The shipment was picked up on Monday and delivered by Tuesday. It was an additional cost but the service was amazing and my parents have all their belongs to be comfortable. Thank you and we will be calling soon to move our selves closer to my parents."

"Every portion of the move is contracted out: the guy that comes to do home survey and estimate, movers that load the truck, the driver, the movers that unload the truck. These are all different entities, not a single cohesive company. There is no central coordination or continuity in service. It was the cheapest quote we received and it showed when the job was done. The surveyor was nice when at the home and helpful, but not available to take my calls or answer questions after that. The move coordinator was short, indifferent and rude with a smile. I would avoid this company if possible."
