"Russ was a pleasure to work with, and he did an amazing job on the extensive wood flooring throughout my home. Russ was the most responsive of the flooring specialists whom I contacted, and incorporated our wishes into a proposal quickly and without trying to push us to sand areas that really just needed a buff. The timing of our project was sensitive, as we wanted to refinish the floors in between our renters's departure from our property and our subsequent move-in, and he was able to make this happen for us. The situation turned out to be far trickier than expected when our air-conditioning system completely died and it was humid, 90-degree week; Russ and his team were undeterred, and completed the sanding despite the hot conditions in the house. The staining work could not be completed until the house could be cooled/dehumidified, and Russ completely re-arranged his work schedule to push back this second phase of the project by a week to accommodate the installation of the new HVAC. Despite the delays and issues beyond his control, Russ finished the project on time (ie before the movers were slated to arrive). The floors look beautiful; the large job was a combination of sanding/staining/coating two different types of wood, as well as buffing/coating in other areas, and all of it turned out magnificently. Russ is also trustworthy; I gave him the key to the home and was not even in the country for part of the time, and he took good care of the home. I would highly recommend RJM Flooring to anyone looking to have work done on their wood floors."

"Victor Hardwood Floors did an outstanding job of restoring the hardwood floors throughout my Auntâ s 90-year-old, 1700 sf twin in Northeast Philadelphia. They sanded the original flooring and stairs down to bare wood, replaced broken floor planks, and applied two coats of polyurethane, all in less than three daysâ on time and within budget! They were extremely thoroughâ even refinishing the area beneath the cast iron radiators! We would highly recommend them!"

We allowed the professional (Moacir) to choose the best color stain and recommend a finish for the refinished floors.  <br /> He did word in 2 segments - front of house then kitchen/back of house.  <br /> The floors were stained a few weeks apart, but look like they were stained in one treatment.  <br /> We are very pleased with the outcome.  <br /> He also laid new floors alongside the 20 year floors and they look as if they have been there for over 20 years.  <br /> <br /> It is a dusty process....  <br /> we hired a cleaning service to clean top to bottom upon completion, but we did refinish 80% of the first floor."
