"Installed Water Heater bought at Home Depot Price was reasonable and Arber did great job. little issue in next day but he came back right away. Installed a Kitchen faucet same time and his assistance did it great job. He cleaned up very well before he left."

"Steven was the absolute best… arrived at the very start of only a two hour window, fixed the problem in about an hour. Very polite and courteous. I called three plumbers and he was the first to call me back and the only one who would give me a ballpark figure over the phone. The others wanted to come out and have a look for $70. even though I accurately described the job in detail. I’m thrilled to have a reliable plumber! A more than satisfied customer, Lora Harrigan"

"They came out on a weekend and we're our saving grace during one of the most frustrating experiences we've had in this house. We couldn't use any plumbing without flooding the basement with sewage, it was early stay at home days, and we felt like we would go mad. They showed up and gave us an price for replacing the broken pipe, and set in to work. They worked for the entire weekend essentially, staying extremely late at night and showing up early the next morning, and at one point driving far out at night to get supplies since their usual local place was closed (again, quarantine time) . The reason it took so long was because after opening up the floor to get to the end of the pipe to replace it they found more damaged pipes, and replaced those as well. By the end of it they had spent the entire weekend on a job they expected to only last an afternoon, had charged us not nearly enough for the amount of work they did, and fixed a leaking bidet we had for free for good measure. They also advised us to do camera scan to look for any other problems, which they couldn't do until the water drained out, and even did an initial mop of the basement (which, remember, sewage flooding). I'm honestly half convinced these people are magic helpful brownies or something, it's unreal how helpful they were! Somehow our drier which has not succeeded in drying clothes for over a year has started working in a single cycle since they left, despite the fact they didn't even do anything with it, and in fact specifically said they don't do driers and offered to recommend someone else when we mentioned it. Suffice to say, I cannot recommend them highly enough"

"I had an exceptional experience with Aqua Tech Plumbing! Their professionalism, expertise, and customer-centric approach truly impressed me. From the initial scheduling to the completion of the job, every interaction was seamless and courteous. They, arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and provided a clear explanation of the necessary repairs. Their work was efficient, neat, and of the highest quality. What stood out most was their dedication to ensuring I understood every step of the process and was completely satisfied with the outcome. Their attention to detail, respect for my property, and willingness to answer questions were truly appreciated. I highly recommend Aqua Tech Plumbing for any plumbing needs. Their commitment to excellence, fair pricing, and outstanding customer service makes them a gem in their industry. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give them ten stars if I could!"

"I had another great experience with Flotech plumbing. This is the fourth or fifth time I have used them over the past 18 months and they consistently provide exceptional service. They come on time, explain the work that they will be performing, complete the work in a timely manner and leave the premises in the exact same conditions as when they arrived. I have no hesitation in recommending them for any plumbing needs."
