"Project was repairing or replacing small roof on the back of a row home in Lancaster. Roof was over 30 years old. William was willing to quote and start work on it while we were still out of town. Top quality rubber roofing material used. He also put a layer of silicone coating on the larger top roof on the house. The grey dirty picture is the old roof. Particularly good flashing and sealing work against the walls of both houses. Ignore the metal cable, that was for the dog run."

The first company gave me an estimate for $1700 and told me they didn’t know when they could complete the job. Possibly next week or the week after.
