"My deck stairs were collapsing on one side. This was a huge safety issue for my 50 lb Husky who ran down them and bounded up. I got estimates on a Friday. The first company gave me an estimate for $1700 and told me they didn’t know when they could complete the job. Possibly next week or the week after. Fortunately Steve came out later that day and quoted me $900! That’s almost half the price. He wrote up a contract detailing all of the work. He salvaged what he could here. He hoped he could come the next day but it rained all day. He and his helper, Chris, came on Sunday. In the middle of Memorial Day weekend! I highly recommend Cold Creek.
