"Zack was incredible. He made my ceiling look night and day from what it was! My skylight leaked into my master bathroom. I had the skylight removed and tried to patch the hole myself. Ha didn't work. I contacted Zack to fix the ceiling. It looks like the skylight was never there. It's beautiful! Flushed with the rest of the room, flawlessly! I would use him on my next home and any future products. I would also recommend him to anybody in the community. He's polite, trustworthy, punctual and keeps you informed on the product. "Awful company. Berger?s Gutters has been one of the most frustrating contractor experiences I have ever dealt with. The gutters were installed incorrectly from the beginning, and instead of standing behind their work, they attempted to charge additional fees to come fix their own mistakes. To make matters worse, the installer they sent could not communicate in English, which made it impossible to properly discuss the installation or address concerns during the job. We were sold on one thing and got another. When we later requested that someone come out who could actually communicate with us and review the issues, the company refused. Customer service, specifically with Amy, was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. Calls and messages were not handled professionally, and there was zero accountability for the poor workmanship. I will be contacting BBB."
