"I hired Berger Home Services in June 2024 to install new gutters on my home, and it has been a frustrating and costly mistake ever since. From the start, the gutters did not work properly. I reached out to the company just a few months after installation, and they came out once, claimed they made repairs--but nothing changed. At the time, we hadn't had much rain, so I couldn't confirm if the issue was fixed. Fast forward to the heavy storms in June and July 2025, and the problem became very clear: the gutters were never properly repaired and are now causing flooding, lower deck damage, and erosion around my home. Despite being well within the 1-year warranty, Berger Home Services is now trying to charge me a $75 fee just to inspect the issue--plus possible repair costs--for a problem they never fixed in the first place. I've filed multiple complaints with the Better Business Bureau, and still, nothing has been resolved. "

He left two water hoses turned on at the wall (turned off at the sprayer). One hose was spraying water at the connection on back porch, the other sprayed on me when I disconnected the hose from the faucet,(preparing for cold weather). Not the worse, but surprised he did not leave them like he found them. "
