Since their work is very dependent on the weather, they let us know what was going to happen every step of the way, including weather related delays (and there were few). The last remodel, by Summerhill Pools was a disaster. Unreliable, took short cuts to finish the project ( line not capping in irrigation system under the deck AFTER they removed the sprinkler heads). No such issues with Craig and his crew. The attention to detail was spectacular. The design knowledge is outstanding, technical knowledge of pool systems and wide variety of options was critical in our decision of what needed to be done. Do not undertake a pool remodel with consulting with Natural Water Environments. Start to finish, absolutely best decision we made."

"Pool looks great only problem was any small item that came up there was an extra charge. The job ended up costing quite a bit more than original estimate. The quality work though was outstanding and I would still recommend them because of the work they did. The pool ended up looking much better than original. Original pool deck had settled and Leaked rain water into house. House is now dry after any rain no matter how much."
