"Had several estimates for a raised section of my driveway due to a tree root. Some wanted to drill holes and jack up the good section to level it with the bad. Another wanted to rip out the entire driveway. David, from Bayview was the only one who offered two solutions. Grind it down or cut out one section, remove all the roots and pour new concrete for that section. Though grinding was cheaper, we went with the better solution to replace that section. David was very professional, punctual and did exactly what he said he would do for the price he gave. I am very pleased with the results and highly recommend David and Bayview. We also hired him to add additional expansion joints and paint our driveway. Review for those jobs will be added later."

"U-Need Concrete did an excellent job with the concrete slab they installed. I had a concrete slab poured for a detached garage that they graded my lot so the slab area was level with my existing driveway. I got a very high quality foundation for my building with 1 foot footers using rebar and concrete wire in all the other areas to insure it was a long lasting slab. They do not cut corners that would lower the quality of their work. They have great workmanship and attention to detail. Their prices were very fair and they are an honest stand up company. "Ira sent a team of guys (3) to the house as scheduled and they went right to work. I had cleaned out most of the garage so they were able to start quickly. They used a machine to grind the garage floor to bare concrete. The garage had lots of cracks so they filled them in with an epoxy crack filler. Once this was done and dry they rolled on the base color. They rolled the top coat and threw the flakes on the floor. Scraped the excess flakes off and i think another top coat, can't remember exactly. I went with the Poly Aspartic system since it was a one day process over the epoxy system which would have been 3-4 days. Yes it was a bit more expensive but the results are great and it has a great warranty. IMPORTANT NOTE -  the stuff really smells and since it's in your garage it will seep into your house. Be prepared to deal with the smell for about a day, we left the garage door open a crack over several nights to help with the smell. I could walk on it within a couple of hours and parked the car on it the following day. Looks awesome.About a week later they came to start on the driveway, walkway and lania. They pressure washed one day and started the work the following day. They put down the base coat, we selected a two color acrylic system with a template design. After that the stencil was laid down followed by the top coat being applied by sprayer. This was all done by 2 guys, they'd been doing this for quite some time, you could tell. After the top coat dried they removed the stencil and you could see the design and colors. Once all was cleaned up from overspray they applied two coats of sealer. WARNING.... this stuff smells real bad, worse than the garage!!!! My wife and child had to leave one night because of the smell. All in all the driveway and lanai look great. Have received lots of comments from neighbors wanting to do the same to their house. I'll try and figure out how to add photos here soon."

"GCS did an excellent job executing a pretty complicated project. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. The bid that Dennis provided was very detailed and thorough. He came by several times to take measurements and ask questions about our intentions and goals for the project. He also had his electrical and HVAC subcontractors contact us to gather information about the project. It took about two weeks for the bid to be completed, which caused us to get a little impatient, but the final result was far more complete and thorough than any of the other bids we received. The cost was also very competitive. Work started soon after we signed the contract. Dennis did a very good job of coordinating the the tasks, including bringing the various subcontractors to the site in a timely manner, and within about 6 weeks we had the foundations poured and the basic framing done on the 8'x10' kitchen addition and the 16'x20' 1st floor bedroom/basement addition. Dennis' team were receptive to the changes to the plan (there will always be changes to the plan) that we asked for. The changes were documented, invoiced and priced reasonably. There was a lot of inside work to perform, so that took another 3 months or so. Insulation, drywalling, drywall finishing, carpet removal and installation, removal of the old kitchen cabinets and appliances, etc. Again, Dennis did a good job of scheduling the various specialists to come in and do their thing. Dennis was very responsive to any issues or concerns that came up through text messaging or by phone. Problems: Main issue was that the pace of work in the middle of the project was slower than we would have liked. This was mostly an issue with one individual worker. Overall: We are very happy with the results of the project and would recommend GCS highly. Attached picture is of the kitchen interior just prior to completion. It is exactly what we had envisioned."
