"These guys estimated that my project calling for stucco repair and painting of 3192 sq ft, two-story walls under roof and a perhaps, 65-yard wraparound wall would take two days; this proved incorrect as it took only ONE day, more specifically, seven hours. This family-owned and operated company had five guys descend on our residence and performed professionally if not brilliantly. They tell you what they’re going to do, and do it for a fair price (got four other quotes and S & H was in the middle but the others - not unreasonably - estimated five work days). Beyond timeliness and price, the paint job was precise and clean up was superb. Strongly recommend them on a painting project…."

"I needed my roof replaced quickly, and DSA Construction delivered in just one weekend! I was beyond impressed with their quality of work, efficiency, and clear communication throughout the process. I would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend them to my family and friends."

"Our main installer was Jesus, and he carefully explained each step of the work and then went over all the information we would need to know. We are very happy with all three items, saving electricity with the SolaTube as we no longer have to turn lights on during the day in our Master bath dressing area, we hope that the Solar attic fan is helping to keep the house cooler by exchanging the air in the attic when it gets hot. In our small home office we replaced an old skylight with new double glass skylight with a shade system and this has made a big difference in the office. Sunshine Experts, LLC did a great job for us and we are very happy to recommend them when anyone asks us about our experience."

"Every body involved in the job, from the ladies in the office, Terry the saleman, Scott the project manager, Francisco the foreman of the crew, the crew, and the 2 gentlemen in charge of installing the tubular skylights, were all very professional and and nice. They were all willing to help me and answer all my questions. Yes, I would refer them to my friends."

"They were prompt and worked all day in Az summer heat for 2 days. Cleaned up and left everthing neat. Supervisor came by when complete to check out everything. They will be back next week to do a patio flat roof ."

"They did a full roof replacement recently for my client, at the best rate, and had the work done in 3 days. My clients were very pleased with the job that was done."

"As an Arizonan, the best investment I’ve done was going solar. If you’re like me, I had no clue of the benefits of installing solar panels on my home. Luckily, I got referred to Chad Vargas from Motiv8ted Energy. Chad broke it down to the bone. From the functionality of the solar panel system, to the cost breakdown overtime. Not once did it seem like a sale but rather as if it were an investment. Chad presented himself and his company with professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm, and an expert with solar panel systems. His quick responses and knowledge were extremely helpful which made the whole process seem effortless."
