"I was looking into solar for a while and did a lot of research. Had a lot of shady sales guys come to my house and try to overcharge me for a system so it took a long time to find Russ and thankfully I did. I had general knowledge of what a system should cost and Russ educated me further on how it all works and gave me the best deal by a landslide. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience."

"We interviewed several solar companies and Sun Valley Solar was the best by far; there was no hard-sell and they didn't try to sell us other things we didn't need, they were honest with their schedule (they're very busy with the net-metering deadlines), they were very responsive to questions and requested changes, and they were more reasonably priced compared to the others. Kelly O'Brien, who designed our panel layout and proposals, and Lexie Kerchel, who was our project manager, were wonderful to work with. They did everything they could to make our installation a great experience!"

"I called to set up a free consultation and was promptly met at the agreed upon time. We discussed my desires and how to achieve my project goals. I was given a quote and agreed upon the price for the garage work to be done the following week when I was free. The spray foam and "drill and fill" have been awesome! I have a 24K BTU AC unit in the garage that was unable to keep the temps low as there was so much heat in the garage all day. After the insulation was done it can hold the temps at 70F in the garage while barely turning on during the day. The attic above the garage tops out at 85F when it was over 110F outside, just amazing. We had them do a home energy audit and found that there were plenty of leaky areas in the attic and the insulation was 15 years old and about an R-10 level. It needed some serious work so we agreed to have it topped off with new fiberglass insulation. The guys came out and did and amazing job bringing me up to R-39 as well as keeping the house very clean while doing it. On both days they cleaned up after themselves and took great care of my house. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone that could use more insulation!"

"I have installed solar screens on other houses outside the Phoenix area so I was a moderately educated consumer.  I had 4 companies come bid the job over a 2 week period.  I received bids from 3 family owned businesses and one large business.  I chose Carl with All Pro for a number of reasons.  First, Carl came and talked me through the process.  He showed me the materials they used, discussed the different options transmission rates, frame color, and sliding door options.  Through this conversation we decided on 90% heat/UV blockage on the windows on the South and East sides of the house but 80% on the screen doors.  Carl suggested this because the eye expects more light through the door.  We went with 80% on the north side of the house.  I also opted for "pet screen" on the sliding portion of one screen door.  I never felt pressured.
Carl also guided me on the frame and screen color.  Bronze frames with brown screen.  This allowed the frames to match our existing windows and the brown screen gave good contrast without the stark black color.
The purchase: I called Carl to let him know I selected him for the job.  I gave him my credit card number over the phone for the 50% deposit.  I told him I was not in a hurry as I had not moved into the house yet.  In about 10 days he called me and told me the installer would be out the next afternoon.  I dropped by that evening and found the installer was still there.  This was a big job in number of windows and that the screens all had to go inside the window frames.  I also have 2 windows with 5ft arches on the top.  Several of the screens did not fit without forcing them, so the installer opted not to install them but to instead have them redone.  He talked to me about it and said they would have those few screens redone quickly.  I had no idea that "quickly" meant the next day. I went by the property the next day and the job was perfect.  I paid the balance on the credit card on the phone.
The net result:  1. the house looks 10 years newer with great contrast between the screens and the beige paint.  2.  I have screens which are secure, well made, screen which is taught in their robust frames.  3.  I have sliding screen doors which roll like silk.  4.  I have a noticeably cooler home
Carl was a pleasure to work with!  He is a laid back guy with a calm friendly neighborly demeanor.  He says he has done solar screens for more than 20 years and he has the knowledge to prove it.  He is an excellent communicator and is timely.  His price was about 15% less than the others.
I have recommended him to several friends and as we were moving in this weekend 2 neighbors dropped by asking who did our screens because they look so good.
I wholly recommend Carl and All Pro Sun Screens.  I also wholly recommend using sun screens to reduce the heat transmission into the house.  In my experience they pay for themselves within 2 years in energy savings.  One trick I use in the "winter" is to remove the screens from the north facing windows, very easy to do, to allow more light in.

"They had a crew of two people to do the insulation. Their names were Enrique and Ronnie.. The owner, Brad LInzy iis an honest proprietor. He guarantees his products. He is very easy to work with and very accommodating. They arrived on time. They worked straight 5 hours without breaks. They were very professional. They were very clean. iThere were times that I forgot that they were there installing insulation because they were very quiet. They even wrapped with insulation my water heater without additional cost. The cost of our APS bill went down at least 40% I like the product and service very much that I had our rental property insulated too. Our renters were very happy cause now their electric bill went down dramatically plus the house is very comfortable. I also had them install the attic fans at our primary home and rental property. They are so good that I asked if they also install skylight. I did a research on skylight and their skylight is very good and excellent price compare to other vendors. I was only going to have them install a 10 or 11 " skylight for the kitchen but Brad recommended 18 which I am very happy that I listened to him! My kitchen is very bright now. I don't have to turn on the lights during the day. I had the skylight installed 9/2016. I called Brad last summer on an emergency basis because the a/c at our rental property stopped working. I called him at 9:00 in the morning and Brad, the owner and his staff was at the place within an hour repairing the a/c. What a great service!!!"

FAQs for solar panels for electric system repair projects in Arlington, AZ

Solar panels are fairly low-maintenance, but they do need occasional attention. A quick wash a couple of times a year and a yearly professional inspection help maintain efficiency. Watch for cracked glass, loose wiring, or hail damage; small fixes cost far less than waiting until output drops. If a panel is badly shattered, replacement—handled by a licensed pro—is often the smarter call.

Most panels last 25 to 50 years, so replacement is rare. Swap them out only when output drops noticeably, the warranty has run its course, or storm damage makes repairs impractical. Track your production data; if efficiency continues to slip even after minor fixes, it’s time to consult a solar installation professional and consider replacing a panel.

Homeowners are accountable for solar panel repairs unless their system is under a leasing agreement. Warranty coverage may reduce repair expenses for specific components. Warranty protection covers repairs when panels fail due to installation errors or unexplained issues. However, if a unit cracks due to an impact, the homeowner is responsible.

Always contact your installer and review your warranty before initiating repairs. Many manufacturers offer warranties ranging from 10 to 20 years. Inverters have a 10-year warranty, panels carry a minimum five-year workmanship warranty, and the overall system is protected for 25 years.
