"Flor's (and Hermila, the woman who does the cleaning) are AMAZING. Not only do they do a thorough job, they do exactly what I tell them. If I need windows cleaned I just email them before the scheduled cleaning and it gets done. I've had other cleaning services in the past (in another city) that have not done nearly as good of a job and cost more. My place isn't huge, but there's a lot to clean, especially because I have two cats, and they make the place so clean it feels like new. On the first visit I did have one incident where they locked my cats in one of the bedrooms (without a litterbox, food or water) when they left. I called Elliot and let him know that it was unacceptable and couldn't happen again in the future. He was very apologetic and even called back later once he had talked to the cleaners to find out what had happened. He was honest and nothing like that has ever happened again and I couldn't be happier with how he handled the situation. I definitely recommend Flor's and don't think they could do anything better!"

"I really was not very pleased with my experience with Erzebet Cleaning Services.  Erzebet was very nice and very responsive to my inquiry to come out and do an estimate.  I was very clear that I was looking for a DEEP, thorough cleaning as I was moving into a foreclosed condo that had not been so well cared for and had been sitting for quite a while.  She ensured me that she would send 2 ladies out who would do a very detailed cleaning in an 8 hour day for $350 I believe.
Keep in mind that all the walls and floors had been repainted, refinished and all tile work had been deep cleaned by another vendor just before they came, so the main things were a lot of dust everywhere, dirty appliances, lighting fixtures, bathroom fixtures and built in closets.  A lot of work for sure, but pretty basic cleaning.
Once I saw the results, I immediately found lots of areas that had not been touched or were inadequately cleaned.  I took pictures and sent to Erzebet and she was very understanding and responsive and without hesitation she agreed to send out a team again to address the issues.
After the re-clean, I was mostly satisfied with the results.  However, Erzebet then tells me that it was so dirty and they spent so much time that she would need to charge me $700!
I was sympathetic to the amount of time her team spent on the place and agreed to pay $500, but frankly, the job should've been done at least 95% right on the first day.  Perhaps she quoted too low, or perhaps they were not very efficient- not sure.  All I know i I was left feeling kinda ripped off and not at all interested in having them back.

Most importantly their approach to cleaning is not hurry up and get on to next job but rather they treat your home as if it were their own. "Updating my review to reiterate how pleased we have been with Deb. She has cleaned our home every other week now for 3.5 years. She and her helpers (mostly we have had Laura and Bethany) are a joy to have around. They are so respectful of our home and do a wonderful and thorough job of cleaning. Deb has been very accommodating if we need to change our day or if we need her to adjust the order in which she cleans our home due to something going on here. (i.e. friends over while she would be cleaning the family room, so she would do the upstairs instead). Deb and her crew have been very patient with our dogs, and very kind to them.
