"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"We are so happy that we went with a local company for our hail damaged roof replacement. From the time we met with Rob, the owner, until our roof replacement was complete was one week. His crew was very nice, respectful, efficient and receptive to my observations / requests. I watched the entire tear off and most of the install and had absolutely no complaints about the manner in which the crew worked. They worked very hard and were very meticulous in their clean-up. We enjoy and maintain the gardens and flower beds around our house and had absolutely no complaints with how they treated our property. There were anywhere from 12-15 workers at any point in time on our roof (house and garage). Although Rob was not on scene for his crew’s work, he was reachable by phone/text all the time and immediately responded to my texts regarding a couple areas I asked to be addressed, even sending a couple crew members out on a Sunday to touch up a cosmetic issue. While we are still waiting for the downspouts and gutter guards to be replaced we now have a 25 year transferable warranty on our roof and their work completely stopped a leak we had been trying to fix for 2 years. They did not request any money up front and they actually allowed my husband to go out and inspect the house before handing over a payment. They used the exact shingles we requested. They even did a little extra work such as adding a vent in the roof for our bathroom."

"Crew showed up at 07:10 am and began immediately. Foreman was excellent and kept crew on task the entire time. I have a large roof (45 squares) and I never thought they would get it done in one day. They finished roofing job at 07:30 pm including excellent job cleaning up. Yes found some nails, but considering how many were taken off, give them an A for the clean up.
