"The cabinets themselves were very well made, but the process and other aspects of the experience were less than great. Michael didn't pay much attention to the detailed drawings or project parameters provided by the designer, and didn't verify as-built conditions. As a result one of the cabinets was incorrectly sized and some floating shelves I provided were incorrectly installed. Because they hadn’t been included in the original quote, I had to pay an additional fee. Additionally ,communication and adherence to promised schedule and deadlines was inconsistent. Michael is a nice guy and I can tell he’s capable of doing some very good work, but I wouldn’t hire him again based on this experience."

He was increbilty responsive, and his team did a great job for my highrise Boston condominium. His prices was fair, and he stuck to his quote. He showed up on time, his team was nice and considerate, and the work was well done. We had a problem with a wall of wallpaper installation, and Leonardo was on top of it everyday. Problems will and do arise; thats the nature of building, but the fact that Leonardo stepped up and took ownership and responsbility for the problems (and solutions) went a long way in my opinion. "Mr DeVaux did an excellent job on the finish carpentry work, painting and staining on a stain glass window frame install in an existing wall. The mitered corners had no gaps. Even though the job requirements changed somewhat there were no additional charges. I plan to hire him again on additional projects."
