Their project manager Cristina was good to interact with and she was able to schedule in the jobs and got it done within three weeks since the contract and initial down payment was made. There was a minor issue and in that i felt the contractor could have been proactive in taking measures to color match the siding instead of relying on homeowner. After the job was done, the nails were not cleaned up completely around the house. I had a flat tire and I don't think the cause was completely based on them not completely cleaning. I would definitely hire them again.."

"It looks like the job was done well. We had some heat coils up on the roof and we asked them to reinstall them after they were finished. They did not do this, and I was disappointed with this. The flashing around the chimney also looks a little sloppy. Also, every time that I tried to call the home office, I could not get an answer. They were one of the lower bids that we received and they were able to quickly do the work. Although, I don't think they were very professional and I wasn't overly impressed."

Pricing was excellent! As a home owner I appreciated the professional crew that responded to the damage to my house roof by covering the damage with tarps so my homes contents were protected. When they installed the new roof shingles they kept all areas neat and clean and showed respect to me and my home. Once complete the roof was beautiful and my yard was spotless. I look forward to working with Cubic Roofing this coming week when they will re-roof my 2 1/2 car garage. I know I will receive the same professional work as I received in the past. I would happily pass on Cubic Roofing name to friends and family.
