"The task was to clean 20 year old "Snow White" grout in the master bathroom. Primo came to the house and was surprised the grout was in such good shape. He recommended that he clean the grout as the first step vs replacing the grout as it can be difficult to replace grout without chipping the tile. He came across as very experienced and did an excellent job of communicating with us. The quality of his work was exactly what he promised (90% back to new). We would use Primo again without reservation."
