Everything from the initial meeting to the final walkthrough was great! The design team worked with us to create exactly what we wanted. CJ, the project manager, along with Milton and his crew were very professional and a delight to work with. They explained the process and answered all our questions. They went the Xtra mile to make sure we were completely pleased with every detail. The materials were top quality and the end result is beautiful. Once the hardscaping was complete landscaping came in and added the final gorgeous touches with the trees and plants we selected. "Excellent and professional landscape service. Gilbert is very responsive and professional, making sure that installation was the way I wanted it. The project included removing existing ground cover (which he saved some for me to transplant in a shady location), prepping soil and installing new ground cover and tree. "We had some trouble scheduling this service- they decided their schedule very last minute and communication about weather and re-scheduling proved difficult. However, once the crew showed up, they really blew us away. Our yard had once been really beautifully landscaped but it changed owners and was left to become really overgrown with weeds and ivy. My husband and I both work full time and struggled to get it under control when we moved in and after two summers and non-stop weeding (which didn't really work anyway), we decided to get some help. They came in and not only pulled the weeds but they dug up and removed tons of ivy, hauled out old branches and bricks and stones, and took out all the existing leaves and debris out of all of the planting beds. When we got back, there was just nice clean dirt where a weedy nightmare has once been. I really can't believe they were able to do so much in one day and for a really reasonable price. It let us get a nice blank slate and our yard is so much more manageable now."

"Next Level did an excellent job resolving my standing water issue in my backyard. I felt comfortable for the first time in a very long time walking in the backyard without having to avoid mud, puddles of water, and mowing the lawn with confidence of not turning wet areas into a muddy mess. Next Level explained what were materials used and how the drainage system operates. Even after long periods of rain, Next Level was able to salvage the top layer of grass and was able to place it back after installation of the drainage system without me having to re-sod the yard. In doing so, saved me money, which is a blessing. After the work was over and a little TLC, it didn't take long for my lawn to recover. Next Level did an excellent job with the drainage system. A few years prior they also installed my sprinkler system."
