Nellessen Construction is an EPA Lead Safe Certified Firm, which means that we are able to test for lead and properly work on structures built before 1978 where lead is present. Remember, on structures built before 1978, have to be tested for lead before any work is done. It is illegal for any person to do work on a structure built prior to 1978 that hasn't been tested for lead and if lead is present it is illegal for any person to work on that structure that is not certified by the EPA. $34,000.00 fine for not complying.

Recently, our family business has down sized as an owner operated construction business in order to efficiently meet the needs of our customers and provide them with the skills and expertise that we are equipped with, allowing us to handle any job. We are now able to focus on our customers' individual needs and meet those needs to our best abilities, providing high quality customer satisfaction. Through our owner operated business we can successfully take on home repairs, small jobs, or complete remodels.
