They were very honest about the timing and how long it would take. Whenever I emailed, they responded immediately and appropriately with an update. They always came on time when they said they would. Worked in the December cold to do the installation. They are the best!"

When the Virus caused one of their work crews to quarantine, they sent a one-man team to build our fence. He single-handedly, over four days, built our fence in 90 degree temps, and did a great job! "I ended up going with a 6ft privacy fence. It looks fantastic. And a 4ft dog run. The customer service is outstanding. They checked in with me regarding the 3 gates that were being installed. We discussed which direction gates should swing (in or out) as well as which side I wanted the handle (left or right side of door). I appreciated that since it truly does make a difference.
