He took the time to help us last minute-with a busy schedule he already had- and he was AMAZING! It is really something special when you can get someone who owns the company and does the job himself. Andy took such care with the carpet cleaning, throw rugs, and upholstery that we had requested. We have never had a better carpet service. The job he did was EXCELLENT, and he was very prompt, professional, extremely knowledgable, very well mannered and even took the time to walk us through how he was cleaning each piece. He is the most friendly, kind, and respectful man, and he treated us like family.
