"On February 10th, 2015 I called Kirkwood Plumbing to see if they could put in a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal.  Because they do not have a showroom, they suggested a plumbing supplier.  I followed their suggestion and after purchasing my items I called Kirkwood Plumbing back to schedule an appointment.  Two days later Jim, a 5th generation plumber, showed up promptly at my door. Also I have used Home Advisor for other repair contacts and have been happy...but am not sure I would use them again for one reason, which is that Sears hvac representatives called 15 plus times daily after I declined to use them because of previous issues with them. "They did get the job done. Problem was 2 weeks ago it was clogged with "flushable" wipes and yesterday another wad of wipes. I literally stopped using them before ever calling the plumbers realizing they were the issue. He fixed the clog free this time but insinuated the idea that it was my fault. Unless they got stuck in the pipes on the way to the basement not my fault for the second time. Unsure about hiring again."
