"ATLANTIC installed our pool 5 years ago. Since that time we have had multiple problems every year! At the onset, we had to drain and acid wash our pool because a fine layer of concrete particles that had not been properly cleaned by Atlantic at installation, was adhering to our pools finish. Recently we have discovered that ATLANTIC plumbed our filter system backwards! This egregious plumbing error has caused multiple problems including our UV light kit breaking multiple times from dirty water flowing through it (until we were told by ATLANTIC to take it out), and our Heater breaking multiple times (now broken beyond repair) from dirty water flowing through it for 5 years. ATLANTIC has barely taken responsibility for installing our filter system backwards, and they have not taken responsibility for the equipment that failed because our filter system was plumbed backwards. They did offer to replace our equipment if we withdrew our BBB complaint, which seems borderline corrupt, like bribery or extortion. I definitely DO NOT recommend doing business with ATLANTIC POOLS and SPAS."

Our phone consultation be it one call or more is charged at a rate of $50.00 and if we come to your home or business to do an estimate we charge $75.00 either of which is credited to your project if we enter an agreement or within 60 days we contract a project of $2250.00 we double the face-value of the fee as credit to your project. It is our mission to provide excellent workmanship and complete customer satisfaction from start to completion of a project. In order to understand the needs and expectations of our customers, we take great care to work and communicate with every customer in a professional manner. Our reputation is based on service, safety, and quality, regardless of how large or small the job. In todays busy lifestyle and every day expenses we value both your time and ours and therefore we do not give free estimates. "Clint and his team were getting ready to start a minor renovation project when we had to pivot due to our house "getting flooded" due to backed up inlets in the street. I called our insurance, and their recommended contractor did not even call me back, but Clint and his team immediately swung into action and helped with the remediation and correcting the issue (cleanup, flood cuts, structure dry out, replacement of damaged walls, floors, millwork, etc.). I met with my Landscaper to review some extensive exterior work (storm erosion cleanup, correct leaning retaining wall, replace eroded stone areas and damaged rip rapped channel) and he could not get to it, but Clint and his team were able to get a crew out there immediately to correct these issues also. I would highly recommend Clint and his team at Mid Tenn Trades. Their attention to detail is superb."

"The cover to our patio looks great, but ... to install the three posts. they needed to cut into the existing stone patio. After the cover was installed, they did an inadequate job replacing the stones around two of the three posts. I went to the office to pay for the work, told them of this problem, and they told me to send photos and they would get it addressed. I've sent photos (twice), but they have ignored my requests. Lesson learned: don't pay until you are completely satisfied."
