"I was very impressed with 805 Appliance Repair LLC, from the moment that Andrew, one of the owners, contacted me, literally minutes after asking for a quote, through Home Advisor. I was fortunate enough to get an appointment, for the very next day, and Andrew thoroughly explained about the diagnostic fee. The next day, when he and his business partner, Oscar, were running a bit late, coming from another job, they called me to notify me. Oscar listened carefully to the description of the problems, I was having, and then he examined the issue(s) himself, and then gave me the diagnosis. Since a part needed to be ordered, the issues couldn’t be remedied the same day, plus my freezer needed to be defrosted, completely, in order to prevent further repairs. This was on Monday, but Andrew and Oscar worked me into their schedule and came back, first thing Wednesday morning. Things were taken care of and they were on their way 45 minutes later. (They probably would have been done sooner, but they were patient enough to let me swiffer under the frig, since it had to be moved away from the wall and the floor hadn’t been cleaned under it or behind it in quite some time.) Once I paid, the invoice was immediately emailed to me. I will definitely use them again, if necessary, but hopefully not for a long time. I’ve already begun recommending them to family and friends.
