"Called office to get on schedule and was able to get appointment same day. Office staff was lovely over the phone. Plumber arrived and assessed my kitchen drain line issue. Clarified all my questions and was able to come back the next day for the repair. Would call again for any plumbing issues."

"I will certainly be using Zoom Drain again. Chris listened intently to what we'd experienced in the past, understood exactly what was required and then explained everything that he was going to do beforehand, answering all questions that I fired his way. Then the work was undertaken which was a jet washing of the line followed by a video recording of the results. To be fair, it took longer than we all expected but we've never had any maintenance on these 50 year old pipes. All in all, it took about an hour, maybe an hour and a half to get the pipe cleared. It was a little messy, but Chris immediately cleaned everything up and ensured that there was no trace of him being there after he left (other than the drain now no longer backs up!) The video was emailed to me, along with a recommendation and quote of having the pipes descaled: but this was a suggestion that was made in order to keep the pipes maintained, there was no pushy sales tactics to it (which I personally despise).
