I received several other bids and found Americo to be the most reasonably priced and had good reviews. Marco and his crew were there on the appointed dates and did a great job. Our new fence is lined up perfectly along our property lines. They removed all excess materials and debris from our yard. Our neighbors across the way were so impressed they also used them for their new fence. Americo does not perform any staining or weather treatment so we have to make other arrangements for this but all in all they do a great job at a very reasonable price compared to their competitors."

He quickly drew up a detailed estimate, which was very clear as to the work to be completed, the materials to be used, and the costs of both materials and labor. We scheduled the work about 2 months out - due to my planned travel schedule. When the day arrived, Ben and his crew (3 assistants) showed up right on time and completed the work within 2 days as promised. They were all very professional, and very attentive to any comments/questions I had. My wife and I are thrilled with the quality of the completed project, and have been happy to have several neighbors stop by and say how nice things look. "Ben and his crew were an answer to prayer. We were a little anxious about hiring a contractor since we were new to CO and didn't have any experience with contractors here. Our fears were calmed when Ben came out to give us an estimate. Most of the work was done in the Master Bath where he replaced carpet with tile, replaced the tile in the shower and around the tub and removed the tile on the vanities. He installed a frameless shower, a heated floor, heated towel rack and chandelier as well as all new fixtures. In the basement he built a wall with a closet and added a door to an area that we made into a bedroom. He is a very good communicator and makes sure we know what they will be doing each day. As well as doing excellent work, Ben is a man full of integrity and honesty, two things that are important in a contractor. His crew arrived promptly at 8 am and worked all day each day. They were very respectful of my home and cleaned up after themselves each day before they left. If I had a concern about anything, Ben was quick to make it right. He answered my calls and texts promptly. The whole remodel took about 6 weeks with time off during Christmas. We would definitely use AAA Construction again."

"This project did not go smoothly. Subcontractors used for the install were unprofessional and undertrained. Parts of the project were not completed on the install date and crew had to return to complete. The gate was put on backwards- opening out vs in to the yard, with the lock on the outside vs the inside. The project managers were non-responsive, regardless of contact method used (email, phone). Overall, I would warn people away from this company."
