In the end we did not go with Truste Construction since the bid was outside our budget."

This included demolition of the existing features, then framing, drywall, flooring, LED lighting, outlets, plumbing, trim, painting, and final cleanup for two large rooms and a bathroom. "I hired Paramount back in 2020 for work on the first floor and appreciated their work so much that I brought them back for the basement (fix/ update after mold repair) and second floor (bathroom and stairs update, new carpet). Like the first time, I really appreciated Ryan's suggestions on style and options, and the various contractors were professional and very kind about working around me and the cats. Ryan was ultimately more critical than me about details and appreciate that desire to do things right and as clean as possible. Unlike the other companies I was considering, Jack gave me a blueprint of what my project would look like and a price list before his company was even accepted. And when I changed my plans several times, he redid it until I found the plan I liked and agreed to go ahead with the project. He also made suggestions that I never would have thought of to make my project unique. Blake showed up on time and spent long hours working then always cleaned up the work area before leaving. People have commented that his tile work was that of an artist and I would have to agree. I am very happy with the final results and would use them again in the future."
