"I got a call from Kyle around 4:55 pm. He said he was able to come out around 7 pm, keep in mind, Hyper Flow closes at 5 pm. Kyle came out of his way after hours, ran a camera through my sewer line, snaked out the line, and then showed me on the camera the second time that the line was clearish. My main sewage line has been building up for a few years. Kyle gave me 3 different estimates for futures maintenance. I have already made an appointment for Kyle to come back out and do some more work. He is very up front, honest, and caring. Have used Mike before to replace Hot Water Heater and again was given options. Mike is super great and took just over an hour to replace both. Connection in bathroom was too short for new faucet but he had what was needed in his vehicle. The other faucet worked just fine."
