He arrived, along with his helper, Mark, as scheduled and did a great job clearing my kitchen drain. They also installed a Garbage Disposal Unit. "I was not real pleased with them. It started with the sewer backed up into our basement. Then we had them come out and run a camera in the system to find where the problem was. They didn’t have a definite answer for that, but they suggested we dig it up. They were fantastic, always on time, conscientious, attentive to my concerns, and advised me of the progress and findings. Additional breaks in the sewer line were found from the point of the primary problem toward the main sewer line, both within the portion the I as the homeowner was responsible and the portion that the city sewer department was responsible for. This required a quick adjustment to the scope of work. Dan communicated with the main office and made sure I understood what was going on. I also received a call from one of the owners of the company (Josh) later the same evening who went into detail on the changes, and pricing that included the expanded scope. Josh was very understanding and did his best to minimize the additional cost required. I was exceedingly happy with all of my interactions with this company. And want to give AJ, Dan, Matt and Jordon a huge shout out for a great job."
