Joe took the door off and refit it properly so I can now use my deadbolt again. My door knob lock was also sticking. After he checked it he said I needed to replace the door knob due to its age and suggested I go to a hardware store so I can get the new knob and get it rekeyed to my current key. He was very pleasant and professional. I would work with him again."

He then tightened up the hinges and tightened the handle on another door that was giving me problems. He definately went the extra mile or two. Very friendly.
