No subcontractors, I am in charge of all projects and do most of the work myself, with my employees. I do subcontract electricians, plumbers, HVAC, and natural gas work, but that is included in the price of the contract. Most contracts require 50% deposit to cover materials, with the remainder due upon completion. Estimates and proposals are free. I help my clients work within their budget to get what they want with the best materials.
