We have a sunsail and it required them to install some anchors by doing some custom work included in the cost of the new roof. "I hired JW Home Improvement to remove wood filler and a microwave above my electric stove, and replace it with a pre-made cabinet and new range hood. Denis, the JW Technician who was sent to my home to conduct the work, was very professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. Due to an unknown pre-existing issue that necessitated cutting into the dry wall in the bulk-head (above my stove), the job ended up taking approximately 3 hours longer than what was originally projected. That being said, Denis devised a successful solution to deal with the unexpected snag, repaired the drywall and expertly painted the entire wall. We had a last minute decision to get a separate work done on the garage with another contractor after signing the contract with LHR. LHR was flexible with us and agreed to finish the main house per schedule and they will return to install the roof on the garage when we are ready.
