This time was particularly difficult, but Joe worked through the issues, including some surprises (old clean out hidden in ventilation) and consulted with me on options. I was completely satisfied with the end result, and his solution should make future clogging issues easier to resolve. Will definitely use A1 Superior plumbing again."

"I had a slow leak/dripping valve and the main shutoff valve was original and in need of replacement as it was very old and I was afraid of breaking off the handle or it failing when needed. There was also a corroded section of galvanized pipe coming directly out of the old valve so I was worried about it potentially failing at an especially inconvenient time and being unprepared for future emergencies.
Charlie and his assistant showed up as scheduled for their appointment and completed the replacement with an improved configuration. 
Charlie offered some extra observations and pieces of information and advice not all directly related to the job and answered all my questions about the plumbing work.
