"Joel is someone trust. He is a great communicator, does what he says he is going to do, is clear about his availability to do the project and goes the extra mile to make sure things are right. He considers and advises but is open to ideas and his quote is clear and reasonable with no undiscussed surprises. After having many problems with contractors who do not have the above attributes, I would recommend him highly. We had to run a 220 line from the kitchen sink to the breaker box, affix the electric water heater to the wall for instant hot water at the sink. The experience and understanding of both plumbing and electrical skills were a must. "
