"Excellent Service I cannot say enough wonderful things about No Pain Moving and the service they provided for my family. They traveled from Newport News to Darby House senior apartments in Richmond to help us load my mother’s belongings into the moving truck we rented, and from beginning to end, they were absolutely wonderful! They arrived on time, were friendly, professional, hardworking, and very efficient. They handled my mother’s belongings with care and got everything loaded in a timely manner. I appreciate their compassion and patience. My mother was one of the residents affected by the fire at Darby House, so this was much more than an ordinary move for us. As we went through her furniture, we needed time to determine what could be salvaged and to take photographs of items that had been damaged and affected by mildew and mold. They never rushed us or made us feel as though we were holding them up. Instead, they were patient, understanding, and concerned about our situation."
