"Our project manager, Manny, and crew supervisor, Jorge, did a great job with our roof replacement today! Manny was very communicative and helpful throughout the repair. Jorge and the crew were efficient and did a very thorough clean up when finished. Our only concerns revolve around the initial reason we scheduled a repair, which was due to a ceiling leak after a rain storm. The sales person that came out was very nice and informative. He told us that while he could not determine the source of our leak, we needed a new roof. However, in our naivete, we forgot to wait on our insurance assessor before making any decisions. Post insurance assessment, we had a hard time getting answers from either the project manager or sales manager, and just moved forward with the replacement hoping it fixed our issue. Long story short, while the level of service and overall customer service were great, we had a major repair done that may not even be related to our issue. Our roof likely could have waited for a repair. Service=excellent! I would 100% recommend, just make sure you actually need a new roof."

"I hired them based on a friends experience with them. She was thrilled about how her house turned out. I needed to have all the siding removed and new siding installed. They explained the process to me and gave me no surprises. The job was done in the timeline they gave me. They were extremely nice and worked on the house like it was their own. Every little piece had to be perfect to them or they would fix it. After the job was done I couldn't have been more pleased. They cleaned up including pressure washing my driveway, walkway and patio. I would highly recommend them for any job. They are not happy until you are happy."

"Your problem solved responded very fast to a plumbing leak in our bathroom, and were able to diagnose and come up with a plan to remodel what had become significant necessary repairs to damaged flooring, walls and foundations in our 1950s built home. They walked us through every sequence of the process and exceeded our expectations with thoughtful options and recommendations, an amazing attention to details and always followed a pattern of repairing each found issue the correct way. They even spent significant effort to plan the patterns of the marble look tile installation to match grain and line up the patterns The bathroom turned out way beyond expectations and we have been enjoying it ever since. I would highly recommend using the team at Your Problems Solved, Inc. for any renovations and remodels that need that extra touch of quality. We have found a remodeling/repair/renovation partner for our future projects at our home."

"Carlos and his assistants did great work. We were repairing a 50 year old large barn that needed rotten wood replaced, posts replaced, blocks replaced and block joints repaired, a lot of siding replaced, many holes in the tin roof repaired, gutters installed, rafters repaired, floorboards replaced, outside steps to the upstairs, and painting the whole exterior. Carlos was excellent at spotting problems with the building, communicating them, and coming up with solutions. He worked quick and efficiently and was reliable, always showing up when he said he would and was good at communicating (through text mostly and the occasional phone call). He did a couple extra repairs beyond what I asked him, just because he saw they were needed. He knew what he was doing and what products were needed. To save me money, I bought the materials which was fine with him. I would say his only weakness was in developing a detailed materials list before the project started. He knew what he needed but putting down details on paper wasn't his strong point. He and his helpers were courteous and friendly."

"Easy to work with, came every day when they said they would or let me know if planned times needed changing, courteous and respectful of our property."

"Very highly recommended. JKH replaced a custom-sized window, siding alongside a chimney, and an exterior door. All three projects involved painting, which was very well done. Jekson Hernandez' communication was excellent, the crew was highly skilled and very respectful, the clean up was perfect. The price was also very reasonable and the time to complete well within expectations. I intend to use JKH Construction again for any home repair projects."

"Mike has done some great work for us."

"Much more than a complete siding job. Pergo flooring throughout the entire house, replacing 26 year old carpet. We had a new porch build with a roof fence built, another porch refurbished, inside work. After seeing the skill level we added more work we wanted to complete like tree removal, new security light, porch ceiling fan etc…we love our new oasis. Would recommend for any job big or small!"
