"It turned out good. They were good. They were prompt. The tech that came out was very courteous. They were very neat. In order to take a look at the chimney and do some of the work, he put blankets all around and made sure he blocked everything off. I had my daughter home, at the time, so he definitely made sure that nothing got in the air that would've caused to her to breathe in any of the soot or anything that was coming down the chimney flew. We haven't done the extra work yet because we're checking a couple of other places. Based on the research I did on the internet, I would say the price was good."
