"I hate leaving bad reviews. This job was to stain a new deck and ceiling. Was very disappointed in the final product. The contractor got stain splatter on the side of my house and all over the hvac system. Missed several spots that were very obvious. Parts of the railing he took off to paint, he put back on crooked. He worked for two days on this then had me pay stating he would come back on his own time to finish it. When he did come back (a week later) the job still wasn?t done. "

"I hired Tommy on 9-14 to replace the damaged trim on one side of 2 doors and replace the wood On the front door where the door locks, which he didn't replace the entire strip of wood Just half. He said he would send over a invoice when he left. He started working around noon 9/16 , but arrived by 11ish and lleftover to go to lowes. He was and was finished by 3ish. Its been 5 days and Ive ask for a invoice several times and he says hes busy, but would send it. I regret letting him start the project without it. There was miscommunication about the painting. I was told that by 2 other people from Angie's list that came to give me a quote on something else it seems like he took advantage and over charged me. He quoted me $600 for a simple task. I can't see the breakdown of his labor , he wont provide an invoice . I would beware of him and make sure you get a breakdown of his fees. I paid $500 for 3 hours. I will write a review on every site possible ."
