"This costs way more than you think, but all the companies charge the same. This guy is soooo nice. He knew what was needed, didn't try to sell me things I didn't need, and got it done quickly and efficiently. I was slightly disappointed because they left a little mess, but I'm told that pretty much all contractors are messy, so I don't think you can hold that against him. And when I mentioned it, he went above and beyond to apologize and fix it. Seriously, this guy is VERY nice, his prices are in line with other contractors, and he was very good about sticking with the job until it was done. None of that disappearing for weeks. If you want your basement to be dry, be prepared for it to be stupid expensive, and then hire this company."

He took a lot of the stress out of the process by being on site for the inspection from the insurance company and making needed contacts with State Farm. We used this company in the past for a roofing job that has since gone wrong, without appropriate follow-up or resolution from Bazell Maintenance & Remodeling. The door portion of the job in this review was originally very good, but as of now, you can hardly get the door open without yanking the knob off. I have yet to receive any resolution on this issue, either."

"They sit down with me with my list of things I want to redo to my home they then came to my home do to an assesment for cost. Once there they discovered the cause of the problems due to neglect from previous owners, the took pictures of the problem areas to not just tell me but be able to show me that these were true problems. That was something I appreciated. They then sit with me to disscus the prices of the repairs as well as the cosmetic issuers I wanted addressed. They not only completed the jobs that were wanted they completed the problems to the home to help me save energy and stop the causes of problems with my home."

"Sent salesmen, not roofers, to provide the quote. Did not get up on the roof to measure or inspect it. The quote was very, very high. We received follow-up calls and literature. One of the callers insisted that Sears was lowering its prices. and wanted to send another salesman out to my home; I refused, but I asked for Sears to send a revised quote in the mail, which I never got. From my perspective, this was basically a "hard sell.""
