A big tree was removed in the back yard and stump ground by another contractor. Environmental was to remove some of the material and replace with topsoil. Did not happen. He was to prepare and reseed other sections of the back yard. He did not create a good condition for reseeding and the growth was not acceptable. After several e-mails, he did come back and put a small layer of top soil and reseeded. Better grass establishment, but not as good as should be if done properly. Another part of the project was to aerate and overseed the front lawn. This was never done. I made the mistake of paying up front based on the good reviews on Angie's. I ended up taking him to small claims court to get that portion of the money back. If you decides to go with Environmental, provide a detailed scope of work that you want done and it is on proposal."
