"They came out to start the project (9/19/25) just as it was getting dark outside which was my first clue something isn't right with this company. Less than a month after having new asphalt installed, weeds are poking through and causing bulges. They have several areas where the asphalt is uneven and "bowled" areas where rain collects in the middle. Several locations where it wasn't filled in and several cracks within the first day. I contacted the company several times to come back to fix the issues. They responded saying they'll be back out on certain day, but always had excuses only when prompted on why they never showed up. Now no responses after a month. Several of the neighbors had this company installed asphalt on their driveways. All have complaints on how unsatisfied with the job they did. I measured and only get about 1" thickness when the contract clearly states 2.5" poured and will be 2" after rolling the final surface. Photos were taken next day and the weed photos are about a month after install when I noticed (10/23/25). Going to be interesting to see it after it's first winter when ice heave breaks it up even worse."

"I posted this review and received a derogatory response from the company. I am reposting it with the information to validate that I was a customer of this company in October of 2014. I also provided photos in my original post of the things that I mentioned in the review. Flavio Pinheiro would never show up when he promised. The job kept getting delayed. All throughout this experience, he kept taking jobs out of state, and also claiming illnesses, to the detriment of my job. I travel for work, and can't be on top of these projects 24/7. They never finished the job, they did the mow strip incorrectly, and they left trash, chunks of concrete, and lawn damage behind. I finally had to have someone else come and finish it, costing me an additional $1500. They used some of my landscape trim to form the borders for the concrete pour, instead of creating themfrom their own supplies, promising that it would be easy to clean up. It wasn't, and the trim was no longer usable. He hired a Customer Service person, but that panned out to be worthless. I would not recommend this con artist to do anything in my yard ever again. As to the comment left from the company on my original review, I did indeed have a contract with Maxima Concrete, when Flavio Pinheiro was the owner. It may have changed hands since then, but the truth still stands for what I had to go through in October of 2014. I have attached a copy of the contract I had (with personal information blocked out) to prove it. The date of service for this contract was not accurate as posted, but this site does not allow for changes to that field. The site takes the date of the review as the date of the work done."

"Fantastic experience with Todd and basement remedy. Incredibly responsive (he came out and took a look same day). Knew immediately what the issue was with out stone foundation, and offered solutions that we could get done asap and fit our budget. Very happy and HIGHLY RECOMMEND for stone foundation work. We'll he bringing them back for other basement and foundation issues in the future."

Anyone who has tried to hire service professionals has probably experienced the frustration of calls not returned, being ghosted at appointments, or never getting follow-up about quotes. But that's not Matt and his team -- I was so impressed with how responsive Matt was from the initial contact. I was also pleased when I got the quote and found it to be very reasonable. And I was even more impressed when they came to do the work. The guys put in a long day to finish our project, and their work exceeded my expectations. Even better, they impressed my husband (who openly admits he doesn't care about our landscaping and isn't inclined to spend much on maintaining it), so he's already on board with hiring them again in the future. So glad to have found our go-to landscaper!"

"Andrew and his staff were the ultimate professionals. They went above and beyond to protect our yard and landscaping. They explained the work that was being done and verified that it was being done to our satisfaction before the concrete was actually poured. The concrete work was great and the cleanup was exceptional. They wiped concrete dust off our metal fence, swept up dirt from preexisting concrete and power washed dirt off the street in front of our house. I would recommend Andrew's concrete to anyone."
