And there was ZERO hint of the Office Scheduler feeling put out. That is RARE. For me it is. Through the process of the initial quote, the price, the followup, the numerous questions that arose from the engineer, contractor, myself, . . . Numerous - Denis not once failed to answer my call or promptly respond. Rare indeed. Ruben the owner is Kind, Communicative, Humble, Accommodating, Family Man. "Blue Way Concrete did an exceptional job with our project. They were by far the best company we have ever worked with. We had a very old concrete driveway, parking pad and porch/walkway which needed to be removed. We had a new concrete ribbon driveway, porch and walkway installed by Blue Way. I was contacted within 24 hours of requesting a quote on Angie’s List. Felipe then came out to the house and took detailed notes and measurements. He was the only contractor (out of 4 companies) that arrived for a quote with a mask. We received our quote within a timely manner. The quote contained a detailed drawing along with a extensive breakdown of all labor and materials. It also contained information on what to expect during the project and a photo of the pea gravel that we requested. When there was a question on a measurement, Felipe and Kati arrived back out the same day and sent a revised quote within 24 hours. Blue Way's quote was very competitive and because of their detailed quote, reviews and professionalism we hired Blue Way. Felipe stayed in touch with me before the project started and gave me updates on times and work during the project. The crew leaders kept us informed on the work and made sure to get our input on any questions that arose. The crew always arrived on time. They were courteous, friendly, very efficient and always cleaned up. Because a bobcat was needed to demo the existing concrete, we knew there may be some damage to our lawn. Rolando made sure to lessen the damage by following his tracks and not damaging more of the yard than needed. The project was completed within a day of the timeframe given at the start of the project. We are extremely happy with the work Blue Way Concrete provided and we would highly recommend them."

"Marty with Affordable Concrete did a fantastic job with our driveway.  We initially called him in desperation because our existing concrete driveway had just been jack-hammered to bits by another contractor.  We were advised by the old contractor that he could just pour right over the broken pieces and we would have a new driveway.  That just did not sit right with us, so we called a local concrete company and they sent their inspector over to check out our situation.  He immediately advised that pouring fresh concrete over the broken pieces was a very bad idea.  The inspector also advised us to have all the broken concrete removed and start fresh with a new driveway.    This was going to be EXPENSIVE! 
We checked with Angie?s list and saw Affordable Concrete?s ad, read the reviews and then called him.   We did not have a lot of money to spend, but knew it had to be done.  We could not use the driveway, it looked like a bomb went off.  Marty listened to our dilemma and came over that very night.    He saw that we had a big mess.  He told us not to worry, he could have the broken concrete removed in a day, and then could pour fresh concrete the next day.   He gave us a price and we had an agreement.  The following week he began the cleanup process and  he did exactly what he said he would do.  The price was fair, and we now have a beautiful driveway that diverts the rainwater away from the house.    Everyone in our neighborhood has commented on how nice the driveway looks. 
Thank you Marty for coming to our rescue and doing such a good job.  Marty is very busy, but he was kind enough to fit us into his schedule because of our situation.  We will definitely use Marty for all future concrete jobs, as well as refer him to our friends.

"When I initially contacted Clark Services, I had a smaller excavation in mind.  Joshua offered me the best bid of three contractors.  I decided to hire him.  When I told him that I would really like to excavate more of the property, but I couldn't afford it (based on the other bids), he offered some suggestions to keep the cost down and he gave me a reasonable bid for the full excavation, so I decided to go ahead with that plan.  He got started quickly.  He was conscientious about preventing dirt / mud from getting on the road.  He listened well and responded to any concerns I had throughout the project.  He worked long days to get the job done while the weather was good.  Before starting the project, I had found someone who wanted to buy fill dirt.  Joshua had the dirt delivered to that guy, offsetting the cost of the excavation a little.  Overall, it worked out very well; I will definitely consider Clark Services for future projects."
